After the sunshine of April, it was inevitable that May would bring back wintery conditions and so it proved at Church Lane on Saturday when the 1st XI, having won the toss, bowled and fielded in drizzle, rain and cold but managed to dismiss Old Hamptonians for 149 in 43.4 overs.
